we have some things in the making:

New monthly mental health group
2nd wednesday of the month
june 10, july 8, august 12 etc

looking at how mental health interacts with activism, community and other aspects of our lives.

We're not trained counsellors but want to create a space to discuss mental health issues outside of the mainstream medical model.

to kickstart the group we decided on an ABC theme. The first group will consider A for Apathy and Anxiety. there will also be time to talk about how you want the group to go in the future.

The first discussion group is on:

Wednesday 10th June

Lesbian and Gay Centre, Sydney Street

Tea and cake will be available from 5pm

Discussion group will start at 6pm and last approximately two hours with a 15 minute
break.

There is no need to book. The venue is wheelchair accessible but if you have any other access needs or questions please get in touch.
